Practice
Click here for the practice. We've reached capacity in the pool on Saturday mornings. I can't take any new people at this time. And if you haven't been to practice in the last six months, check with me before coming.

The Saturday morning spin class at Pike Creek is getting filled to capacity. Tri-Dawgs that aren't members are welcome to come to the class but they can't take a bike until 9:00 so that members have an opportunity to get a bike. Of course, for as little as $19.99 per month you can join the fitness center and take advantage of all the club offers.
